About Us

The Everett Sportsmen's Club is a nonprofit, family oriented organization dedicated to sport shooting. People of all ages and skills are welcome to join and have a safe, fun, and exciting time at our shooting range. We strive to maintain a safe range for the use of our members as well as the public. Remember to bring your own eye and ear protection - these are required to shoot at our range.

Answers to frequently asked questions

  • We are open to the public. Hours are the same for public shooters and members.
  • We have 100, 50, 25 yard rifle and pistol ranges and also a shotgun shooting range adjacent to the rifle range. We have a manually-operated, mounted clay thrower for public shotgun range shooters.
  • An introduction to the club is provided for download HERE under the Detailed Membership Info. This PDF answers most of the basic questions we get all the time from people inquiring about the shooting range.
  • Club Calendar & Special Events planned can be found by clicking the "Calendar & Events" link to the left.

Hours of Operation

Our hours vary by the season and are based on available daylight and weather conditions. Summer hours take effect the weekend after daylight savings time. We are open to the public on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only.

Always check the website before heading out, as the range can be flooded in winter and early spring.

Season Friday Saturday Sunday
Summer Noon-5pm Noon-5pm Noon-5pm
Winter Noon-4pm Noon-4pm Noon-4pm

Summer hours are now in effect.

We offer a few services, but as a nonprofit organization, these are admittedly humble. We do not offer gunsmithing services, firearms, self defense training, or Hunters’ Education. We have no firearms for sale or rent, nor ammunition for sale. We have benches, sandbags, scopes, staplers and targets for rifle and pistol shooters, and a trap area for shotgunners. We offer various types of paper targets..

Club Meetings

General club meetings are on the first Saturday of the month at the range May to October. And the first Monday night of the month the rest of the year at the Everett Firemans Hall. See the home page or Calendar for times and locations.

The Board of Directors meets the Monday before the general meeting.

If any meetings fall on a holiday weekend, the meeting date is moved one week later or for the board one week earlier.

Work Parties

Contact us via the Contact Us form if you are willing to help or have ideas to help us improve the range.

We do have a spreadsheet we have started with a list of projects and ideas for improvements. As we develop this further, information will be posted and opportunities given to implement them.

The maintenance team is discussing setting up some reoccuring work days again. The events calendar has a couple of special work days coming up.
